Sally’s gentle renderings of landscapes, people and history in her paintings leave us with feelings of nostalgia and empathy. She creates well articulated compositions and designs to share her truth. Her soft and sensuous brushstrokes give us a glimpse of the subject’s personality and invite our own emotional responses. Inspired by the sublime, Sally creates imagery of rolling seascapes and landscapes that absorb us and leave us with a deeper appreciation of our natural world. Combining her own research with the energy of each individual subject, she constructs honest paintings that we can’t help but resonate with.
