Jamie Lee Reardin
Jamie is an illustrator born in Toronto, Canada and currently based in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated with a BFA in Fashion Communications and Design at Ryerson University and has since collaborated with Dior Beauty, New York City Ballet, Moda Operandi, Prada, and Nike. Her work has been featured in publications such as Nylon, Allure, Teen Vogue, The Coveteur, InStyle, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue Japan, W Mag, The Zoe Report, and many more.
As a young girl, Jamie was fascinated by the magical characters created by visionaries like Walt Disney and Tim Burton, and dreamed of a career in animation. Her first foray into art was by recreating these popular characters—including Cruella de Vil, the Corpse Bride and Beetlejuice—through her own unique vision. Since, her style as an artist and illustrator has evolved immensely, and she often turns to the equally stimulating world of fashion to create her signature gazelle-like figures, characterized by uncomfortably long necks and impossibly thin silhouettes. Jamie sites brands like Christian Dior and Thom Browne as constant sources of inspiration.
