Codie O'Connor is an abstract painter based in Austin, Texas. Growing up she always found herself gravitating towards the visual arts as the most natural means of expression. Codie graduated with a BFA in Arts Management from the College of Charleston and has since been featured in publications like Forbes, People Magazine, and Fast Company. She has collaborated with top brands such as Gather, Madewell and Prism Boutique.

Codie takes in the world around her and transforms it into mesmerizing abstract shapes. She manipulates the same color palette into many configurations and creates natural shapes and lines that are smooth and soft. Ranging from small paintings to indoor and outdoor murals, Codie's work is equally a day dream as well as a response to everyday life. Her natural and effortless process is channeled through the meditation of colors blended with organic forms. Codie's paintings are intended to be playful, warm and natural as they invite us into their abstract world.
