Anita Rundles is an illustrator and fine artist born in New England and now based in Brooklyn, NY. She graduated with a BFA in illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has since collaborated with Bloomberg Media, The Fashion Institute of Technology, Barnard College Magazine, A24 Films, and many more.

Anita works in a variety of media including pen and ink, digital, and mixed media, with a focus on portraits, fashion illustration inspired figure drawing and documentary drawing. She combines bold colors, ornate patterns, and delicate outlines to create movement and unity to each portrait. Anita’s subjects are illustrated so expressively - portraying personality and a sense of power. Each intricate detail hints to the story behind the subject. Anita’s beautifully constructed and aesthetically pleasing artwork portrays life in all its beauty.
